New Management at Viper MotorcyclesViper Motorcycle Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Viper Powersports Inc. (OTCBB: VPWS), announced today that it has hired Mr. Peter Anton as its new CFO. Mr. Anton's background includes 10 years of experience in the Custom Motorcycle Industry. He served as Chief Financial Officer for Big Dog Motorcycles for approximately five years, followed by similar roles at American IronHorse and Titan Motorcycle Company. Prior to working in the Powersports Industry, Mr. Anton held various accounting, finance and audit positions with Arthur Andersen & Co., Beech Aircraft Corporation, Mueller Industries, Rent-A-Center Division of Thorn EMI, and other firms. Mr. Anton is a CPA and holds a BSA degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. John Silseth, CEO, stated, "Qualified Industry experienced personnel are joining the Viper team because they recognize Viper is uniquely positioned for strong growth in the industry." Viper Motorcycle Company has also hired long time Industry experts John Huffman and Cindi Todd. John Huffman, a retired Marine, has been involved in the motorcycle Industry for many years. He previously held sales positions within Harley Davidson Dealerships, and later joined TNT Custom Cycles in Alabama where he discovered his unique sales talent in selling and marketing Custom Motorcycles. He later took assignments with Titan Motorcycle doing road shows. His down to earth personality made him a top producer. Cindi Todd joins John in working with dealers and doing road shows. Cindi was partners in TNT Custom Cycles in Alabama for many years. Her experience in running a dealership, along with her experience in working road shows has honed her for this new Dealer Support Crew. John and Cindi will be Viper's "first line of communication" to dealers, teaching sales techniques, financial programs, and developing Dealers across the country. John and Cindi will also be promoting Viper Motorcycles at selected Bike Rallies.
